1. 銷售服務

1.1 在此網站銷售之產品由大昌華嘉有限公司(“大昌華嘉”)所經營。 

1.2 閣下使用網站,即代表閣下同意受下列條款及細則所約束。請細閱有關條款及細則。 

1.3 我們保留一切權利,可於任何時間及不時更改本條款及細則,而無需作出通知。修改後的條款及細則由發佈日開始生效。閣下持續使用我們的網站及我們的服務,即視為閣下同意接受本條款及細則的最新版本。 

1.4 條款及細則所用若干詞彙的涵義: 

1.4.1 「我們」乃對大昌華嘉有限公司的提述。 

1.4.2 「閣下」乃對我們向其提供服務或交付商品的人士及須就我們所交付的商品付款的人士的提述。 

1.4.3 「商品」指閣下透過我們的網站所訂購及將會支付的貨物或服務。 

1.4.4 「網站」指香港寶潔有限公司開放及提供于大昌華嘉有限公司獨立進行商品售賣及相關服務的網 頁(https://braunpremium.com.hk/) 及任何與其連接的相關網站。

 

2. 訂購

2.1 當閣下作出訂購時,即表示閣下按商品的指定價格向供應商購買該等商品。閣下一旦提交,則不得取消有關訂單,即使我們仍未接納或拒絕閣下的訂單。 

2.2 我們將於1-2個工作天內以電郵形式確認我們已收到閣下的訂單。 

2.3 我們所接納閣下的訂單將只會涵蓋該確認所指的商品,而未必涵蓋閣下所訂購的所有商品。如屬此情況,則當我們就閣下訂單的其餘商品進一步發出接納確認時,閣下就該訂單部分所作出的訂購方獲接納。 

2.4 商品的存貨供應於網上顯示,並將由供應商定期更新。但不應被依賴作為閣下有意購買的商品是否確實有存貨的確切聲明。 

2.5 我們保留權利可全權酌情就任何理由不接納或取消訂單,包括但不限於: 

2.5.1 閣下所訂購的貨物並無足夠的存貨; 

2.5.2 未能就閣下的地區安排送貨;或 

2.5.3 閣下所訂購的一件或多件商品所標示的價格因人為或電腦錯誤或供應商所提供的定價資料錯誤而出錯。 

2.6 如我們取消閣下的訂單,我們將以電郵方式通知閣下,並將盡快但無論如何於閣下訂單起計三十(30)日內於閣下的戶口存入我們於閣下的信用卡所扣減的任何金額。閣下接納我們毋須就閣下的不滿而作出任何賠償。 

2.7 我們將向閣下收集以下個人資料,以便處理閣下的訂單:姓名,送貨地址,聯絡方式和電子郵件地址。 我們會以這些個人資料來識別閣下的身份,提供送貨服務,並於訂單出現任何問題時與您聯繫。為了處理閣下的訂單和提供送貨服務,我們可能會披露及轉移閣下的個人資料予香港寶潔有限公司、第三方付款服務供應商及本公司所聘用的第三方送貨服務提供者。 這些個人資料也可能儲存在香港特別行政區以外的服務器中。 當閣下作出訂購時,即表示閣下同意我們收集和使用閣下的個人資料以處理訂單。 這些資料將保留至貨品成功送遞及付款後二十四 (24)個月,不超過法律規定的目的和要求。

 

3. 價格及付款

3.1 我們將採取一切合理商業努力以於我們的網站顯示準確及最新價格。然而,由於各類銷售商品的價格經常更新,故我們於接納閣下的訂單前無法列出確實的價格。除非特別指明,否則銷售商品之價格已包含運費在內。 

3.2 如商品的價格於我們擬接納閣下訂單時高於閣下作出訂購時的價格,則我們將 

3.2.1 取消閣下的訂單,或 

3.2.2 聯絡閣下,以諮詢閣下是否有意支付較高價格或取消閣下的訂單。

3.3 如我們取消訂單,而閣下已作出任何付款,則我們將向閣下退款。閣下同意及接納我們毋須就閣下的不滿而作出任何賠償。 

3.4 我們接納Paypal [Visa及萬事達信用卡] 付款。當閣下作出訂購時,即表示閣下授權我們,按我們於接納閣下訂單時商品的金額以閣下所指定的信用卡付款。於收取款項前,商品的所有權不會轉移至閣下。

 3.5 我們使用第三方付款服務以進行網上交易。當閣下作出訂購時,閣下同意及接納,受其條款及細則所限,閣下的信用卡資料將會被我們以及付款服務供應商收集、處理及保留。閣下同意及接納,閣下單獨及獨自承擔閣下於進行信用卡交易時所招致或產生的任何損失,且我們於任何情況下均毋須承擔任何有關全部或部分損失。

  

4. 送貨

4.1 除於農曆新年首兩天及當八號或以上颱風警告信號或黑色暴雨警告生效時外,我們由星期一至五僅於香港的特定地區送貨。我們現時並無向偏遠地區及離島,及並無升降機設備的樓宇送貨。我們保留全權決定拒絕送貨的權利。閣下同意及接受,閣下會從我們的物流中心收取已訂購的商品,於任何情況下我們均不會接受取消訂單或向閣下退款。 

4.2 我們會將閣下訂購的商品送遞閣下所提供的送貨地址。當閣下確認收到商品同時,閣下同意應要求出示具有照片的身份證明。當商品送遞至閣下所提供的送貨地址,商品被視為交付予閣下及由閣下接收。倘閣下因任何原因而未能接收商品,閣下同意及接受我們有權選擇向閣下收取額外費用或取消閣下訂購而無需退款或作出任何補償。 

4.3 有關發送商品的任何時間及日期,或送貨所需的時間僅為估計。倘我們未能符合任何訂明的發送或送貨日期或時間,我們將通知閣下有關閣下訂單的進度。閣下同意及接受,於任何情況下我們均不會接受取消訂單或向閣下退款。 

4.4 當閣下所購商品已送交閣下,閣下將成為商品的擁有人。當商品已送交閣下,閣下將自行承擔持有商品的風險而我們將無須為它們的損失或損壞負責。

1. Sales Services

1.1 The sales of the products in this website is handled by DKSH Hong Kong Limited (“DKSH”). DKSH is appointed by Proctor & Gamble Hong Kong Limited (“P&G”) to provide the sales of the products in this website.

1.2 By using our site you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

1.3 We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time without providing any prior notification. The amended terms and conditions are effective from the date they are published on this site. Your continued access and use use purchase of products from this site and services shall represent your unconditional acceptance of the latest version of the terms and conditions.

1.4 The meaning of some words used in these terms and conditions: 

1.4.1 “we”, “us” or “our” is a reference to DKSH. 

1.4.2 “you” or “your” is a reference to the person to whom we are delivering merchandise and who is required to pay for the merchandise we delivered. 

1.4.3 “merchandise” means the goods you ordered through this website, which you will pay for. 

1.4.4 “site” means this website of DKSH Hong Kong Limited appointed by Proctor & Gamble Hong Kong Limited located at https://braunpremium.com.hk/, and any associated sites linked to it.

 

2. Order

2.1 When you place an order you are making an offer to buy from the seller the merchandise you have specified at the price stated for those merchandise. You cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted, even if our acceptance or rejection of your order is still pending.

2.2 You will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 working days to confirm that we have received your order. 

2.3 Our acceptance of your order will only cover the merchandise mentioned in it and may not cover all the merchandise you ordered. If this is the case, then the order you made for the remaining merchandise will only be accepted when we send a further acceptance of that part of your order. 

2.4 The availability of the merchandise is as shown online and will be updated regularly. They should not be relied on as definite statements as to whether the merchandise you wish to purchase are actually in stock.

2.5 We reserve our right not to accept or cancel an order for any reasons at our sole discretion, including without limitation:

2.5.1 no sufficient stock to deliver the merchandise you have ordered; 

2.5.2 no delivery can be arranged for your area; or 

2.5.3 one or more of the merchandise you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a human or computer error or an error in the pricing information provided by the supplier. 

2.6 If we cancel your order we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within thirty (30) days of your order. You accept that we will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered. 

2.7 We will collect the following personal information from you in order to process your order: name, delivery address, contact information and e-mail address. We will use this personal information in order to identify you, deliver the products to you, and to contact you in case of any problem with your order. Your personal information may be shared with P&G, payment gateway providers, and third-party delivery service provider, all for the purpose of processing your order and delivery of the merchandise. This personal information may also be stored in servers that may be outside of Hong Kong SAR. By ordering from the site, you give us your consent to collect and use this personal information from you for the purpose and processing your order. This information will be kept until the merchandise has been delivered and payment therefore has been received, and for 24 months thereafter, and for no longer than is necessary for the purpose and what is required under the law.

 

3. Price and Payment

3.1 We will use all reasonable commercial endeavors to display accurate and up to date prices on the site. However, because prices of the type of merchandise for sale are often updated ,we cannot state the definite price until you receive a confirmation of your order. Delivery charges are included in the price, unless otherwise provided 

3.2 If the price of the merchandise is higher at the time we are ready to send our confirmation of your order to what it was at the time you placed your order then we will either: 

3.2.1 cancel your order, or 

3.2.2 contact you to ask you whether you wish to pay the higher price or cancel your order.

3.3 If the order is cancelled by us, if you have already made any payment, we will make a refund. You agree and accept that we will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered. 

3.4 Payments will be made by Paypal [Visa and MasterCard]. When you place an order you authorize us to debit the credit card or bank account you specify on your order for the amount of the order at the time the confirmation of your order was sent. Title in the merchandise does not pass to you until payment has been received. 

3.5 We use third party payment service to process online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that your credit card information may be collected, processed, and kept by a payment service provider subject to its terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely and exclusively responsible for any losses incurred or sustained by you in making credit card transaction, and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by us.

  

4. Delivery

4.1 We only make deliveries in the specified areas of Hong Kong from Monday to Friday except on the first two days of the Lunar New Year and when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in force. We currently do not make deliveries to remote areas and outer islands, and buildings without elevator facility. We reserve the right to decline delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will collect your ordered merchandise from our logistics centre and under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund. 

4.2 We will deliver the merchandise ordered by you to the address you provided for delivery at the time you make your order. You agree to present your photo identification upon request when you acknowledge receipt of the merchandise. The merchandise shall be, and shall be deemed to be, delivered and accepted by you when the merchandise are delivered to the address you provided for delivery. You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order without any refund or compensation to you in the event of your failure to accept delivery for whatever reasons. 

4.3 Any times and dates given for dispatch of merchandise, or the length of time that merchandise will take to be delivered, are only estimates. If we are unable to meet any stated dispatch or delivery dates or times we will inform you as to the progress of your order. You agree and accept that under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund. 

4.4 You will become the owner of the merchandise you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once merchandise has been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage.
